Discovery Call & Intake Forms
After a free 30-minute intake call, you will fill out intake forms that will help us understand your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle.

Pre-Test Protocol
Our intensive programs include a pre-test protocol based on your intake forms and discovery call. These foundational recommendations will support your body while we await test results.

Functional Lab Tests
You will receive and complete at-home test kits. When we get the results within a few weeks, we will schedule an appointment to review the results together.

Lab-Based Protocol
This comprehensive protocol includes science-based, tailored recommendations for optimizing nutrition, improving sleep quality and recovery, incorporating appropriate exercise, managing internal and external stressors, and utilizing targeted supplementation to restore balance and promote overall well-being.

Results & Recommendations Session
This 45-90 minute session will include an in-depth review of your lab results and walk-through of the personalized protocol we've designed to address underlying imbalances and support your body’s specific physiological needs. Our goal is to educate and empower you to reclaim your health.

Continued 1:1 Support
Follow-up appointments and open-communication will provide ongoing support as we help you navigate your healing journey. Our library of resources (recipes, guides, shopping lists, etc.) provide continued education for building sustainable healthy habits.

We’ll lay out all the basics — how our service works, client and practitioner expectations, a general timeline of working together, intake forms, FAQs, and how to set up your client accounts.

To gain insight into your body’s functioning, you’ll complete at-home tests that evaluate areas needing support. Tests focus on areas such as hormone health, gut health, detoxification pathways, food sensitivities, and more.

Every session — from onboarding to follow-ups — is devoted to you and your health. Unlike group coaching sessions, our practitioners are focused on you and you alone.

Based on your lab results and health history, we’ll create a customized protocol with detailed recommendations for optimal nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle. In our more intensive programs, this main protocol will be updated after our follow-up session.

As a client, you’ll gain access to a trove of carefully curated educational content — shopping guides, recipes, and non-toxic product lists.
